Just ran across this one today and didn't see any posts about it.
It's a Google earth version of VATSIM server info. It's not new (2007) but gives you a different view of the online world than ServInfo and others.

Does it still work? Does it show the boundaries of the control regions and airspace?

Seeing as I pay the bill for it, I can confirm that yes, it does still work ;-)
There are some boundary issues but mostly because a lot do Divisions haven't provided the data to Nick, the VATNZ webmaster Nd author of the feed.
