Hello,

Skywest seems to have disappeared from the database...any reason why this might be happening?

Actually,

Let me rephrase that, a great deal of Skywest Flights are missing all of the sudden, and the KIOSK is NOT recognizing a flight I want to put in. Sorry I wasnt clear the 1st time.

Hello Brian,

I just added SkyWest flight 5312 to the database via the Kiosk.. try putting in OO as the airline IATA code (SKW works too as ICAO code), and whatever flight number it is you're wanting to fly. Let me know if you have trouble, but post the flight number.

Also, I see 25 pages of flights for SkyWest airlines (1,205 flights)...

My best guess is that there was a glitch with the last update of that airline? I just looked around a little, and it looks like maybe the only flights remaining are the Delta Connection flights? I searched for SKW flights out of SFO, and the only thing there is 3 flights to SLC, where I know United Express has a large presence there including a flight to my hometown of SMF. Is there a way to recover what was in the DB prior to the update, or should I make myself a new priority of doing a further update of SKW to cover American Eagle, Alaska Horizon and United Express?

Alan,

Kiosk is working fine from what I can tell so that could always be utilized, but the other flights might be able to be recovered, depending on how old they were... My first opportunity to look into this is probably Saturday.
