Some nice shots there Lee. Gotta say thats a real nice looking bird, I have been looking into a payware DC10 but there isn't to much out there.
This model & paint are real beaut's to look at though.

Its actually freeware from SGA i included the model in the download on Avsim . If your after payware though Darren it has to be Commercial Level Simulations DC-10 its easy to fly or you can download the INS and go for realism problem is it takes for ever inputing the flightplan .

Also there is a sleight problem with the repaint as i was kindly informed by somebody who happened to fly the plane and work closely with it for 27 years .
N1814U is actually a DC-10-10 it should be N1835U . United basically wet-leased most of there DC-10-30s from CP-air , i think the guy said they had 3 DC-10-30s in the fleet . Oh well 6 hours work and i got it wrong by 2 numbers  ...... Shame
I am aware of th CLS DC10, but am a bit wary of th 'F-lite' idea. Although it can come with a FMS, I still worry that it may be a little simplistic for my tastes.
The model and VC look awesome though, what to do????? Trouble is I have a lot of expensive pastimes and only a limited fund (wife, kids, mortgage & car - bah, they all seemed such a good idea at the time  )

Hello Darren the FMC is simplistic but you can install the INS which is a hole different ball game from the FMC you have to input by Longitude and latitude to capture the waypoints .
You know CLS should be happy for your paints.($) Its your paintjobs and Charles V. flying made me finally dish out $47.00 for this bird. Wasn't really happy at first but I figured out my memory leak source. Now I'm enjoying this equipment.
