This is just a catch-up version to get everyone running the same. Also, to fix the flight data points issue.

- fixed overflow caused by long usernames/passwords
- fixed incorrect compaarison causing excessive flight data points to be generated
- fixed rare occurrence where FSUIPC would time-out getting the state (Pause/Slew/Time-Rate)
- reworked landing rate. Should give more reliable reading
