I am having trouble getting any response to my efforts to become a Flight Officer. About a month ago I took the test and got a passing score. After two weeks I thought perhaps the test results had gotten lost, so took the test again and achieved a passing score. Now another two weeks have passed and no response. Am I failing to do something correctly? Thanks for letting me know.

Sorry Roy (and all others!) I had a browser issue that was prohibiting my ability to log on but it's fixed now and you have been awarded the Officer Ribbon - congrats to you and everyone else who took the test and passed!

I was putting an American Airlines flight in and accidentally labeled as a flight for 2GO. It was flight 3231 KMCO-KPHX. Can that one be deleted? Sorry about this mistake.
