I was woefully unprepared for the arrival at Queensland (NZQN). I had no idea what I was letting myself in for! ATC directed me to do "GPS "A" rw23" approach. I had no idea what that was and, looking at all the "hard, brown bumpy spots, out the windows, was getting worried. Went to AIP.NZ to find an procedure chart...no such animal but I did find an RNAV R23 procedure...and I was WAY past being able to perform it. "When life gives you lemons...make lemonade". I cruised down the valley westward and circled around at both ends to get her down. Fun stuff!

Great shots of my homeland Vic, well done.

And yes, Queenstown is one of the more interesting approaches...
