[AS129 - Michael]

Just finished updating Delta Air Lines and her 6 feeders and it seems Shuttle America isn't showing up as being updated. Also, I occasionally get a 403 error when uploading. Been happening a while, don't know why I haven't asked about it before now.

Hello Michael,

403 error is tough one because it is so broad but when you get this error, do any flights upload at all? If not do you retry and have success? The 403 error is like a directory denial or access error so if it is intermittent it may be hard to resolve and caused by the upload size and things going on within the server side at the time.

As far as Shuttle America not showing that is strange for sure so I'll need to look into this..

And GREAT JOB with all the updates! You and Alan have been on fire lately with all of these new flights!

Much appreciated, looking forward to getting back into the virtual skies soon. It's been a hectic year and with the start of a great office job, I now have some more time to have some fun.

As for the 403 error. I generally get it after uploading a set of flight plans and after submitting them after error checking. I go to start another set and get the 403. It seems to take down the entire website, usually for no more than 2 or 3 minutes. Doesn't happen all the time. I was able to get all of DAL up in one shot with 10 files. Had more troubles with the feeders during the afternoon.

When I am uploading, each spreadsheet is broken down into 500 flights to account for the server load. So DAL with 5042 flights, I broke it down into 10 separate files. The 403 is more an annoyance than anything. I just take a quick break and wait for it to resolve itself.
