Ijust finished a flight Kboi to Ksea... myaasv2 gave me the option to pirep this flight which I did.. and it automatically refresh my flight screen deleting the Kboi-Ksea etc... however it did not post the flight in my log book.. is there something more I should be doing?

Next you need to go File->Upload Flights to upload them to the server. After that you need to select the option right below that in the file menu to finish (sorry not at home right now and can't remember the command)
Hopefully with the next update I can get it all done in one shot
Hopefully that's what you need
