Hello
I suspect this will be well known...But if you use a tablet to monitor your flight progress on AS live flight map (as I sometimes do) and you are Dolphin browser user, there is an app available called tab reload which will automatically reload the flight map at intervals specified by yourself .This saves manual fiddling.
There are probably similar apps for other browsers as well.
