I'm a little late in the conversation.
You know, the brass is saying this isn't a forever deal, why is everybody getting all their feathers ruffled? I can see valid concerns but no reason to go head to head really.
Anyway, I knew some of the flights in ASHA were real, I know ASHA is only real within Air Source and does follow many real world events but I ad no idea the flights were real (for the most part).
One thing that drew me to ASHA were the types of flights available and yes "training" was required, etc the difference between ASHA and many of the vMilitaries (Virtual Military) FS website is policy and protocol I don't have to do funnyfancy maneuvers as part of required training; I'm not great at flightsim and I know I don't fly my airplanes to real world specs (I can be pretty close sometimes).
When the technical issues are resolved I am sure Tom will be bringing back ASHA in a much better way. I look forward to the reopening
