To everyone currently participating in the Operation Hermes Olympics Event, just a gentle reminder that you must file all your flights no later than midnight UTC on 28 August 2012 to receive your event award.
If you're unable to fly your bid flights before the deadline, remember that you must return them to the bid pool at least four days before they expire to avoid paying a penalty fee. All bid commitments not flown by the expiry date will attract a v$3,000 fee (as all bid commitments not PIREP'd by the due date do).
