The Map/TCAS is Little Nav Map - Great for Flight Following, Airspaces, TCAS.
There is also a small executable called VFRMap for a "slimmer" browser based solution.
I use OBS Studio to Stream to Twitch/YouTube/Steam and Facebook. The maps are called up using the browser source or window capture plugins to display on the stream.
