Title: Gulfstream (G-2 up to and including the 550)
Threaded Mode
#1
I was wondering if the Gulfstream series could be added to the mix? I know the 4 and 5 are considered larges, and may not currently fit the scope of what's allowed in the personal division.....but.....The CRJ-700 is in the list and the Falcon 7-X was added according to a post I read. Both of those fall into the large category. (I found a ridiculous freeware panel that is used for the Citation Sovereign, but is clearly a copy of the G550) I want to use it in the appropriate a/c. All the Gulfsteam Aerospace aircraft are in the database. The Gulfstream 550 is a variant of the Gulfstream V and uses the same ICAO designator (GLF5).

Hey Roy! I think my question was confusing.....maybe not.......but I meant to ask if the GLF2-5 could be added as aircraft to fly under the personal division. I have seen them used in ATI flights and what not, so I know they exist and will be recognized.....if assigned. Tom is looking into it now, though, to see how big and fast is too big and fast for recreational/personal flights.

p.s. - the Delta group schedule update is starting to gain momentum....but man, there are a whole bunch of flights.

FS9 Only

Hi, I just sent an email to one of the painters, but I have come across
a Gulfstream V that I have tweaked and put a kool panel and side, rear
views etc. It is a freeware Mike Stone model with winglets and with
updated airfile that flies like a dream. It also comes with base textures
for repainting but I am not a painter. This aircraft is very frame rate
friendly and very good quality appearance. I just didn't know if the
OP that the Gulfstream is utilized in was temporary or not...but
at any rate, I thought maybe this aircraft could be a candidate for
an ASHA upload due to its quality and excellent performance. Let
me know if anybody is interested, it just needs the ASHA paint
scheme. I don't know all the legalities involved but all credit for
all files involved are within the zip. Just send me an email or
answer this thread. Thanks!
