On the occasion of the release of the new General Aviation Division (GAD) the Executive Management Team has approved an increase in the pilot rates of pay per hour (which were last adjusted about three years ago). In the future it is antipated that pilots will eventually be able to purchase their own aircraft in the GAD and we as an organisation must ensure that our pilots earn enough, comensurately with their rank, to be given the chance to achieve that aim.
Both the general Air Source rank pay and ASHA Division rank pay per hour has been adjusted and members will be pleased to note there have been increases right across the board to all ranks, with those in the lower ranks receiving a higher % rate of increase than the more senior ranks.

Pilots are also reminded that the GAD has been listed on the AirSource Stock Market and can be found by searching for V_ASG - get in quick whilst the stock price is low to further assist in building up your bank accounts!
