Title: World AirMap down?
Threaded Mode
#1
Hi,

Hope I am posting this in the correct area!

It seems that this page or system is down?
http://air-source.us/Operations/ActiveAS/AASImgMap.asp

I am flying and MYAAS is connected but nothing is showing on the map.
Also on the Home page it does not show how many pilots are currently flying.

I also received and error this morning when I tried to submit my completed flight from MYAAS.
I got a error message along the line of "Pilot Number could not be found", I had to manually submit my pirep.

Cheers,
Thanks

Jannie,

It does appear that we are having temporary technical issues... we will be looking in to this. Thanks for reporting.

Also, what version of myAAS are you running? (Help menu then about, and the version # is in orange font toward middle-bottom of that window...

Have you tried to force logout and log back in within myAAS?

I'll admit, I might have broke something last night. I was uploading a new version but, the differences between my local server and the AirSource server stuck again and it wasn't working correctly. So I pulled the update.

I did make some changes to the file that handles the logins and map updates. I saw Tom up flying so I thought everything was fine and dandy after the rollback (he was using the new version).

I'm not going to be able to get it fixed until tonight/tomorrow morning so, please be patient.

Also, if you are ever unable to PIREP a flight, don't manually do it. Let us know. myaas2 does not delete the flight report until it gets successfully filled.

Sorry for the inconvenience and I'll get it fixed as soon as I can

Hi Tom

I am currently flying so don't see the Help option, but hovering over the myaas.exe shows me using v2.0.3001.0.
Not sure about force logout, but I did click on something that replied back I was verified or something similar.
Thanks

Hi Joe,

I had to do a manual pirep because during fault finding I pressed on a button in the maintanance section that reset my db, so the flight was lost from what I gathered.
Only had the option to re-fly the flight. But I had all the data at hand so just submitted it manually.

Hope that was OK?
Thanks
