Fixed maps, updated layout to match. There are some limitations to these maps. The good news is there are no map load limits or extra charges from google; the bad news is the embed api limits the types of maps and the flight mode is a bit wonky. If flights are less than appx 100 NM, the flight path does not seem to appear. 
Anyone know of a good, free map service? Google maps kind of sucks, mapquest died, both have load limits for java script maps. Not sure of any service that is free and doesn't have limits? (our usage is very low!)
