2025 saw the start of the 76th running of the Formula One World Championship. An exciting event where skilled drivers with highly constructed racing cars are sent all around the world to racing tracks that are challenging and unique in their own way.
This event is provided for rostered pilots to transport racing cars and equipment to airports located near all 24 competition tracks. The actual competition started in March 2025 and will run through until December 2025. Crew Passes will be created for March up to and including the most recent track and thereafter Crew Passes will be added as time passes up to the end of the competition in December 2025. The first track of the competition was located in Melbourne, Australia, so CP's will be created to get the cars and equipment to Melbourne from each team's constructors home base. There are 10 teams participating in 2025.
Conditions for a logbook award and $V50,000, pilots must complete the following requirements:
1. Select 1 team constructors home base from the following list and fly to the first track in Melbourne:
BWT Alpine F1 EGLL
Aston Martin Aramco EGKK
Red Bull EGGW
Mercedes EGSS
Ferrari LIPE
McLaren EGLF
Williams EGBB
Racing Bulls LIPZ
Sauber LSZH

2. Complete all 24 flights of the following route:
YMML-ZSPD-RJGG-OBBI-OEJN-KMIA-LIPK-LFMN-LEBL-CYUL-LOWG-EGBB-EBLG-LHBP-EHAM-LIMC-UBBB-WSSS-KAUS-MMMX-SBGR-KLAS-OTHH-OMAA. Note Crew Passes will only be posted once the racing is concluded at each competition racing location.
3. The series code for this event in the Crew Pass division is F12025.
4. Select 1 team constructors' home from the list above and fly the final flight from OMAA to their home base airport. These Crew Passes will be posted in December.
5. Fuel stops are authorised but must be noted in the PIREP.
6. Include in your PIREP remarks the code F12025. This will ensure we can collate the data at the end of the event.
