Title: RealWorld ATC
Threaded Mode
#1
Greetings everyone,

Upon browsing to our main page recently, you may have noticed that we have a new addition to our on line ATC services.

AirSource is proud to announce our latest partnership, RealWorld ATC [RWATC]. RWATC invited our organization to employ their services any time our members fly on line. Although VATSIM has been our main on-line ATC service in the past (and AirSource will continue to support VATSIM), many feel that VATSIM can be for advanced users only, which leads to some feeling intimidated to use their service. The folks at RWATC are very polite and invite our community with open arms to join in on line flight fun any time we wish.

Simply click the link on our main page to read more about RWATC http://www.realworldatc.com/. I encourage joining the RWATC community as both AirSource and RWATC foresee spirited growth in the future.

Arrow RealWorld ATC offer a teamspeak server to communicate
Arrow When flying on line using RWATC, assure to use ASO [all LETTERS "alpha, sierra, oscar"] as your call sign
Arrow The "VA password" to join RWATC is ASO

Tom, I'm all connected up and flying online with RWATC as I write, but I have a query regarding the VA options at RWATC. There is a link at the site http://www.realworldatc.com/rwaa/join_va.php where one joins the VA you fly for. Air Source is listed in the drop down menu but it asks for a VA password. I tried my AS password, as well as my RWATC password, neither of which works. I'm guessing this is a password supplied by you (or am I missing something!).

Anyhow, its as easy as pie to get setup. Although I haven't sorted out voice comms yet, squawkwin is extremely simply to operate which makes life easier!
