Lawrence,

Every "dedicated" member gets not only one, but THREE consecutive e-mails before getting their membership withdrawn. For the warning e-mails ("dedicated member") you must have flown at least 5 flights, otherwise after 30 days there is no warning. This has been the case for many years now.

Although there have been some delays in my finishing this Welcome Pack, I can say that i'm almost done, so if anyone has any more suggestions, feel free to post it here.
