I got it, I like it actually it's pretty good. The manual's not very detailed though, should I be worried if cylinder head temp is at 150? My cowl flaps are open, but I think it was that hot from wrong mixture. It has gone back down now.
Also how are you managing the mixture with no EGT or fuel flow gauges? Do you cruise in auto-lean and climb in auto-rich?
And how do you select the right Aux fuel tank? I can cycle through all fuel tanks except right aux for some reason. Is there any transfer or crossfeed in a DC-3?
I'm using the Sperry Gyro right now, it works really well! It's probably easier to use than the real thing but it's good to have.
