Title: AirSource TeamSpeak!
Threaded Mode
#1
Thanks to all of our donating members we had enough money to get our very own teamspeak server for the next 2 years!

Note that you MUST use teamspeak 3 client *NOT TS 2*. TS Login information is on the logon page for AirSource (just log in to the AirSource website and it's the logon welcome page).

Thanks again for all your support and ENJOY!

I have it downloaded Tom. Very easy to install and quick. I was logged on, but no one was there. Would like to try it out. Nice new look for Team Speak as well.

I am very surprised that no one uses TeamSpeak. I am always on there when I am flying and never see anyone there. It is nice to see that Tom had enough donations to have our own server for the next 2 years, but yet no one seems to use it. I think it is a GREAT utility for our community to use to get to know one another and also to help each other out if you might have problems or questions. I know that if it wasn't for TeamSpeak, I wouldn't have know as much as I do now. I have talked to alot of very nice and helpful people here when I first joined Air Source. Hopefully more members will start using TeamSpeak and enjoy the utilities of our great community here at Air Source.

Ahh, we'll just need to give it time. Eventually I feel it will be a good home for quite a few members.

Is there a way you could show who is on Team Speak via the Pilots On Line who are using MyAAS? If I remember right, we used to show a TS symbol on AAS if the pilot was using it and online.

I just wanted to add something to this after flying my flight this evening and being on Teamspeak by myself the whole way... if you don't feel like using voice(or can't for whatever reason) you can use text chat with the Teamspeak 3 client... so logon and meet some of your fellow pilots Smile

Hope to see you in the virtual skies!

Every flight I have is like that. I am always logged in when I am doing a flight.

This may be possible! Adding to the wish list for myAAS...
