Once a member has 10 votes and meets the criteria set forth to be inducted into the RPNA, here is what happens:
Pilot's membership is "sealed". Their Pilot number cannot be reused, their membership cannot be deleted [even due to inactivity, however if member specifically requests to have their membership removed we will also remove the RPNA], and a special RPNA page on our website will give tribute to the RPNA members.
These benefits are subject to change, but only for the better (i.e. we may add a one time "bonus" to the member for becoming an RPNA inductee.
