Title: RIP, Roy Loucks
Threaded Mode
#1
The management team has just learned that Roy Loucks has passed away. Mark Richards and Michael Johnson were able to share the facebook post with me via e-mail and they have communicated their condolences with Roy???s Family through Roy???s facebook page, on behalf of all of us here at AirSource.

Roy really loved aviation, and took pride in his membership here at AirSource, and we cherish his countless contributions through the years. We will miss you Roy.

This is a very sad day to hear this news about Roy.I had the pleasure of meeting Roy with my wife at the Rain Forest Caf?? in Niagara Falls, Ontario. We had dinner there and then proceeded to have a great evening of going to the casino and having a GREAT time. I have spent hours enjoying conversations with Roy on Skype or Messenger about Air Source, simming and life in general. A little game Roy and I used to play on each other was waiting till the other was landing and placing that Skype or Messenger call to throw each other of our landings. Roy truly was a GREAT friend and I will miss our hours of chatting on Skype. We have lost a great guy and I have lost a great friend. RIP my friend, you will never be forgotten.

Like everyone else, I was stunned to hear this news yesterday, just a few hours after Roy passed.

Roy has been an inspiration to many of us here at AirSource and he leaves behind a legacy that few will ever come close to meeting.

Roy has always been "Mr Schedules" for all of us and his shoes will be very hard ones to fill.

May the jet streams be strong where you lay to rest.
