Title: Flying into original airports not listed
Threaded Mode
#1
For instance VTBS is listed in the classic routes section (BAOC) yet VTBD is the correct airport for the time period. The same also with VHHX (Kai Tek) rather then VHHH.
Is it acceptable to still fly into those airports not listed in the schedule list? Or can they be changed?

Any help greatly appreciated,

Activity on the forums isn't what it used to be, so I'm not surprised your question has gone this long.

If I recall Correctly, in the event that should occur it is safe land at the alternate airport and make a note in your logs.

I can't remember if classic airports were able to be added to the DB or not. It has been a while for me.

Hope this helps!

Hello,

Sonja is correct yes it is permissible to land at the alternate and make notes in your PIREP.

See, I knew if I posted something Tom would chime in. hehe.

Good thing I had the right answer. My memory isn't what it used to be. AND add to the fact that I don't get a whole lot of time to schedule flights and actually fly them. Been busy busy busy.
