I know it's been awhile. Flew this last night, KATL - KMEM FedEx DC-10F. This one is from Commercial Level Simulations. Not the most complete sim, but it's hard to find a DC-10/MD-11 out there. The sounds are right on though, especially that screaming reverse.

I just got the CLS DC10 and it is pretty good. You are right about availability od DC 10s though This is better than whatever else is out there
